Best Lawyers Badge 2024

2023 has been an exceptional year for Rodman Employment Law, with acknowledgements from Expertise.com, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, along with a key courtroom triumph. And now we’re proud to share we’ve been recognized in the 14th annual edition of the Best Law Firms® list! This marks our first inclusion on the list, for which only 4% of US firms are even considered.

Multiple factors are examined when determining which firms receive a Best Law Firms® award for the year. First, the practice must have at least one attorney listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for their specific practice area and location. The evaluation process starts in January each year when law firms are invited to submit information, including client and professional references.

Best Law Firms® judges then evaluate firms based on feedback from clients, peers, and other legal professionals. They consider qualities such as the firm’s knowledge, responsiveness, understanding of a client’s needs, cost-effectiveness, and professionalism. Confidential surveys and interviews with law firm leaders also play a part in the assessment.

Once the data is gathered, law firms are ranked in tiers based on both the quantity and quality of the information they provide. The rankings are divided into different categories, like Metro Tiers and National Tiers. Firms are given their rankings by the end of July, and the results are made public in November on Best Law Firms® website.

We’re so glad that we no longer have to keep quiet about Rodman Employment Law’s newest recognition! Congratulations to each member of our team for helping us receive this coveted award for the first time.
