Litigation/Trial Attorney

If you are looking for a role at a law firm that values work-life balance, every team member’s contribution, and a sense of humor, we want to hear from you! Rodman Employment Law seeks to add a full-time litigation/trial attorney to the team.
Successful candidates can expect opportunities to:
  • Perform real, important, substantive work on active litigation and prelitigation matters (e.g., strategy sessions, taking/defending depositions, investigations, intake meetings, drafting and arguing motions, and participating at trial);
  • Engage meaningfully with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court;
  • Be mentored by partners on both the business and the practice of law;
  • Help employees and employers with interesting legal issues; and
  • Grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Successful candidates should be:
  • MA licensed attorneys with civil litigation experience;
  • In good standing with the Bar;
  • Graduates of an ABA-accredited law school;
  • Able and willing to work in person in our office in Newton most of the time; and
  • Able and willing to work remotely from time to time; and
  • Interested in employment law on both the employee and management-side;
    Interested in helping people and genuinely enjoy people.

Salary commensurate with experience.
