Veterans are entitled to additional protections in the workplace under the law. Rodman Employment Law had the opportunity to represent a US Army veteran who had experienced discrimination at work based on his veteran status. We were able to secure a settlement for our client, but more importantly, we were able to serve someone who had served for us.
