Pamela B. Greene is of counsel to Rodman Employment law. She brings over 30 years of experience providing legal and tax advice in executive and equity compensation matters.
Pam began her career as a corporate and securities attorney representing private and public companies and investors in securities and executive compensation matters, public and private financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She was a partner for over 10 years at an AmLaw 100 law firm providing corporate, securities, and executive compensation advice to companies and individuals. Subsequently she left the practice of law for 5 years and became a partner in Aon’s Human Capital Practice leading the Corporate Governance team supporting Aon clients globally in corporate governance, equity compensation and executive compensation.
Pam has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and client events on equity and executive compensation, corporate governance and securities related matters. During her time at Aon she was an Advisory Board Member of the New England Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance, member of the New England Division of the NACD Program Committee and the Global Equity Organization. Since 2006 she has been a member and speaker of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and from 2021 to 2023 was on the Board of the Boston chapter.
Pam received a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a BCOMM in Finance and International Business from McGill University.
