In her personal time, Amy enjoys skiing, kayaking, hiking (as long as it is not all uphill), baking, cooking, and exploring culinary delights as a self-described foodie. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Hospitality from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
