Rodman Employment Law Represents Former Boston Public Health Commission Program Director in Whistleblower Retaliation Case

Rodman Employment Law attorneys Michael V. Parras Jr. and Samuel J. Miller are representing Richard DeRosa, a former program director with the Boston Public Health Commission, in a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit recently covered by Law360. According to the complaint, DeRosa raised concerns about potential fraud, misuse of public resources, staff performance and program oversight, and later refused to enroll new families until those concerns were addressed. The complaint alleges that he was subsequently placed on administrative leave and terminated.

DeRosa is seeking damages for alleged whistleblower retaliation and retaliation related to medical leave.
