Kyle Guilbault

Associate

Kyle Guilbault has litigated in several courts across the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Kyle’s practice involves a variety of areas, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, and violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act.

Before attending law school, Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 with a dual degree in Political Science and Justice Studies. Kyle attended law school at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he was the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society. While in law school, Kyle enrolled in two clinical experiences. In the Civil Practice Clinic, Kyle represented clients in cases involving debt collection and real estate disputes. He also tried a case as a student attorney before the Hillsborough County Superior Court. In addition, Kyle was a member of the Criminal Practice Clinic, where he represented clients charged with criminal offenses.

 

After his first year of law school, Kyle served as a law clerk for the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights.  While there, he investigated charges of employment discrimination and drafted rules considered for adoption by the state legislature.  Kyle has also represented the State of New Hampshire in criminal proceedings as a student attorney for the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.  

Kyle is admitted to practice in all state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
