Marcus Kuhs

Law Clerk

Marcus Kuhs is a third-year law student at Suffolk University Law School where he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of High Technology Law.  Prior to law school, Marcus graduated from the University of Massachusetts: Lowell where he majored in History and Peace and Conflict Studies.  Marcus has an interest in litigation and has an undying passion for fighting for the rights of working-class people and marginalized communities.  Marcus is a member of the Boston chapter of the National Lawyers Guild for which he is a trained legal observer. 

In addition to being a law student, Marcus is an avid soccer fan.  When not studying, working, or volunteering, Marcus can be found sitting on his couch with his two cats watching movies.
